Previous attempts to provide street camera surveillance proved inadequate and unreliable throughout the town. \r\n\r\nEssentially, the increasing cost of the existing unreliable camera system required a complete network replacement with an increase in the number of camera locations deployed.\r\n\r\nThe Solution: \r\nNational Wireless was commissioned by Chubb Security to design, supply and install a new wireless network. Through National Wireless, Chubb Security was able to deploy the Motorola Canopy Advantage™ point-to-multi-point wireless system, and IP camera equipment with pan-tilt-zoom capabilities. \r\n\r\nMotorola’s Canopy Advantage™ point-to-multi-point wireless technology was connected to full-motion cameras relaying live video to a command centre where security is able to remotely monitor activity and control cameras.
