LTR
One of the main benefits of using the LTR system is that companies are able to run radios with a dual functionality: Meaning that they can run the ‘Area-wide’ LTR channels, privately licensed channels, and CB channels all on the same radio.

Smartnet
Smartnet is a Motorola Area-wide network that provides coverage for users throughout the metropolitan area. The smartnet system runs off of 800mHZ from central locations in your capital city, and provides users communication between one another, or back to the office.

Zeon Network
Motorola are currently launching their new Area Wide Network (Zeon) in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. With fixed-monthly call plans and three services available on the one Network, you can effectively manage metro-wide communication costs to suit your company budget by using the most appropriate call type:
• Group calls provide efficient, instant calls to all team members.
• Mobile data services improve staff efficiency with SMS, WAP and GPS capabilities.
• Cellular type calls offer Full Duplex telephone access.
Customers around the world are harnessing the power of Short Messaging and Packet Data technology to improve their efficiency, increase safety and provide enhanced functionality. Zeon's array of solutions include SMS, WAP, GPS vehicle location, database access, telemetry and complex vehicle dispatch and management.
Through efficiencies gained from digital, Zeon links this range of voice, telephony and data services, then enhances these through the implementation of features uniquely designed to meet customer needs.
Users are able to concentrate on day-to-day operational activities – security management simply runs in the background. However, Motorola has taken user communications one-step further through the introduction of the optional Personal Safety feature, where Emergency Calls are supported through an optional emergency “panic” button. When activated, a priority call raises an alarm with the dispatcher, supported with visual information on the originator’s identity and site location using the GPS capability.
